To keep your linens looking fresh and vibrant, we recommend the following care. Since we use eco-friendly, water based inks, some fading is typical (most notable on darker shades). This can be minimized through use of cool wash settings and gentle wash cycles, along with avoidance of front loading washers (which have increased tumbling action during cleaning).
Pillows & Totes – Spot clean, or machine wash with cool water on a delicate setting, using a phosphate-free detergent. Tumble dry on a low temperature setting and remove promptly.
Table Runners, Napkins, Tea Towels & Aprons – wash with cool or warm water using a gentle or delicate machine cycle and a phosphate-free detergent. Tumble dry on a low temperature setting and remove promptly. Iron on reverse side of fabric. Tea towels will soften over time with washing.
Dog Bed – remove bed cover and wash with warm or cool water using a gentle machine cycle and a phosphate-free detergent. Tumble dry on a low temperature setting. Iron on reverse side of fabric if needed. Cover will soften over time with washing. Washing before use is recommended. Bed insert – machine wash on a gentle cycle. Air dry, or tumble dry on a low temperature setting.
Please note: as with any small batch printing process, slight color variations may occur. Any minor imperfections in the fabric are naturally occurring, and add to the unique quality of each piece.
Our products are custom made to order and, under normal circumstances, we anticipate shipping your order to you within 2-4 weeks. Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, First-Class Mail, or Retail Ground.
International orders are subject to customs duties, import taxes and fees levied by the destination country and these charges are the responsibility of the customer (for more information, please contact your local customs office). In the event of delays in delivery caused by customs clearance procedures, Lupin Studio is not responsible.
If you do not see your country listed at checkout, please contact us for an estimate.
If you would like to change your order, please contact us at email@example.com. Please note that since we make our products to order, once we have begun production of your order, it cannot be changed. If we have not started work on your order, we will do our best to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee that a change will be possible.
Returns may be made for exchange or store credit only, when returned to us within 7 calendar days of receipt.
To exchange, or return an item for credit, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with order details, stating why you would like to exchange/return the item. Item must be returned to us in original condition, unwashed, unused and with original packaging. We recommend that you insure your return package since we cannot be responsible for missing returns. You are responsible for return shipping fees, and packages must be sent with freight prepaid. If you are exchanging a product, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the new product to you. Once we receive your original order package, we will then process your exchange/store credit.
Special orders (custom sizes) cannot be returned or exchanged.
